How Rapid Care Warranty Service Works
In the unlikely event of a product failure, simply contact Raymarine’s expert team of product support specialists. If it is determined that your product has failed you will be offered a Rapid Care Warranty Service exchange.
Simply ship your product* to our factory service center and upon inspection and diagnosis** your product will be replaced with a certified like-new remanufactured product within 2 business days.
*Radar and Satellite TV antenna products are not eligible for Rapid Care Warranty Service and are covered by ourstandard warranty repair service policies.
** If the unit is found to have physical or non-warranty damage, you will be advised and the unit will be received as a standard repair and is not eligible for Rapid Care Warranty Service
