SiriusXM Marine weather is a satellite-delivered, graphical weather and fishing service for boaters. Essential information like weather radar, NEXRAD storm cell tracking, tropical storm tracks, and localized forecasts are easily viewable on the Axiom chartplotter display. Anglers can enjoy high-resolution sea surface temperature overlays and SiriusXM’s Fish Mapping® science-based data service for ultimate offshore intelligence.
The Raymarine SR200 InfoLINK receiver brings subscription-based SiriusXM Marine weather, Fish Mapping, and satellite radio to Raymarine Axiom chartplotter displays.
Save time and money by identifying high-potential fishing zones with SiriusXM Fish Mapping. Fish Mapping’s science-based data overlays help anglers target desirable fishing locations with data-rich environmental indicators and chart overlays.
Raymarine takes Fish Mapping data to a new level with informative overlays of Fish Mapping data on top of high-res bathymetry and fishing charts from Raymarine, Navionics, CMOR, C-MAP, and StrikeLines – the ultimate in offshore intelligence!
In addition to weather services, the SR200 InfoLINK receiver provides access to over 150 SiriusXM Satellite Radio programming channels. The SR200 features an analog line output connection that you can easily connect to the auxiliary input on most marine stereo systems. SiriusXM channel selection, presets, and controls are accessed from Raymarine’s LightHouse OS. The SR200 connects to the RayNet high-speed Ethernet network and seamlessly delivers content to all your Axiom chartplotters. A low-profile Shakespeare SRA-50 SiriusXM Marine antenna kit is included. The antenna can be mounted on any horizontal surface with a clear view of the sky or pole mounted with the threaded adapter.
1. Get SiriusXM and Marine Weather Together Using the SR150 or SR200 Receiver
Raymarine's SR150 or SR200 Marine Weather receivers are dual-receiver units that support receiving both weather data and SiriusXM satellite radio. In this configuration, the Raymarine SiriusXM receiver is under the full control of the Raymarine LightHouse multifunction display and its Audio application. Channel selection and tuning, favorite channels, favorite track alerts and other popular features are controlled by the Audio application on you MFD. Your MFD can display artist and album information in the Audio app.
The SR150 or SR200's line-out audio is normally connected to an auxiliary input on a marine stereo source unit, or fed directly to a speaker amplifier. Volume adjustments made from the MFD will change the audio line-out level only. In this configuration your marine stereo source unit won't display artist/album/track or station information. Channel selection is performed on your Raymarine MFD in the Audio app.
2. Listen to SiriusXM from a 3rd Party Receiver
Raymarine's LightHouse Audio application can control many features on marine source units from Rockford Fosgate, FUSION, JL Audio and others supporting NMEA2000 networking. These manufacturers may offer their own SiriusXM satellite radio tuners that plug directly into their source units. Raymarine's integration with these types of 3rd SiriusXM receivers is very limited. SiriusXM channel selection, favorite channels, and favorite track/artist alerts are controlled from the marine audio source unit. Raymarine's Audio application can adjust the source unit\'s volume level and input source only.
While listening to other sources like Bluetooth, USB, iPod, AM/FM or CD/DVD, Raymarine’s Audio Application can control many features on the source unit like source selection, multi-zone volume control, AM/FM radio tuning, Bluetooth or USB track control, and display of artist/album/track information.
Some capabilities may vary slightly depending on which marine source unit you are connected to. Raymarine is also dedicated to continuous product improvements. Be sure to check with your marine electronics dealer for the latest compatibility information when building your system.
