Raymarine Links with Orca Navigation App for Real-Time Route Sharing

Axiom chartplotters and Orca’s user-friendly instant routing makes planning journeys a breeze

Hudson, NH: Raymarine – global leader in high-performance marine electronics for the recreational boating, marine first-responder and law-enforcement markets – announced today its Axiom chartplotters will now offer real-time route synchronization through integration with the Orca navigation app.

Raymarine Axiom users can now instantly share a route from the Orca app to their chartplotter wirelessly. Orca’s modern, streamlined interface makes route planning simple thanks to instant routing. Users simply identify their starting point and destination, and Orca’s advanced navigational algorithms will find the best route specifically for their vessel. To take advantage of this new feature, Axiom owners should update their units to the latest LightHouse 4 software update, available via download on the Raymarine website.
