Teledyne Technologies Incorporated has entered into an agreement to acquire the TransponderTech business from Saab AB. TransponderTech provides class-leading, SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea)-certified communications and navigation solutions for commercial maritime, military, and airborne applications.
