Release note

If you are already on v2.52 and you want to connect via Wifi to your chartplotter (Axiom or Element) then you will need to make sure that Axiom is on LH 4.6.148 and Element is on v3.19.17.

LH2 v19.03 will still connect to a Quantum radar on v2.52 via Wifi without the need for an upgrade.

Feature Improvements

• Ability to manually change the Wi-Fi channel within the Quantum (Note, requires the Axiom chartplotter to be running LightHouse 4.3 software to have access to the Menu)

• Improved ISO file for Quantum1 and Quantum2 when performing software upgrades

• There are no end-user performance changes or enhancements contained in this software release.
• Version 2.44 is functionally equivalent to the previously released version 2.43.
• If your Quantum 2 is already running version 2.43, there is no need to upgrade its software.

Note: From time-to-time electronic components used to manufacture Raymarine products go out of production and are replaced with newer equivalents. This release addresses such a component change and is compatible with both newly manufactured and existing Quantum 2 systems.

• Advertisement of the Quantum SSID via WiFi - Contact Product Support for assistance  
• Removal of the Quantum2 Recovery Mode (no longer required).
• WiFi Connecting before the Wired Connection - Timing and memory improvements to ensure previous connection methods are properly prioritized.
• Internal memory writing process improved, to prevent intermittent "Connection Lost" issues.
• Resolves an issue where multiple presses of the Off Key from the Radar app, causes a crash.
