New full-HD day/night camera expands onboard awareness, security and monitoring through Raymarine Axiom chartplotters

Hudson, NH, September 30, 2026 — Teledyne Raymarine, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY), today introduced the CAM400, a compact marine IP camera that transforms compatible Raymarine Axiom chartplotters into a powerful onboard video monitoring system. Designed to help boaters see more of their vessel without leaving the helm, CAM400 delivers high-definition day and night video for enhanced visibility aboard powerboats, sailing vessels, commercial craft and responder vessels.
CAM400 gives captains and crew a clear view of important areas around the boat, including the cockpit, aft deck, swim platform, side decks, blind spots, utility spaces and other locations that may be difficult to monitor from the helm. It can also provide a rear-facing view for backing and help users keep an eye on crew, passengers and activity around the vessel.
Designed for both recreational and professional mariners, CAM400 provides an easy way to extend the helm's view across the vessel. Its compact design, wide-angle lens and reliable day-and-night performance make it suitable for a wide range of monitoring applications, whether underway, docking or at anchor.

For an expanded navigation view, CAM400 works with the Raymarine AR200 sensor to support ClearCruise™ Augmented Reality. The system combines live camera video with navigation overlays on a compatible display, including AIS targets and waypoints, to provide additional visual context and enhance situational awareness. CAM400 and AR200 are also offered together in bundled packages.
CAM400 builds on Raymarine's long-standing expertise in marine electronics and navigation technology.
