Firmware update processes are done at your own risk. Before initiating the update process be sure to backup and make copies of all important files.
If the firmware process is interrupted your product may not function properly, therefore do not interrupt the process and ensure the unit is on a reliable power supply. Damage caused by incomplete upgrades will not be covered by Raymarine warranty.

When upgrading to LightHouse 4 please make sure to perform any offered updates for these listed accessories. Software for these devices is included in the full LightHouse 4 download.
We are aware of a bug that may occasionally present a false "upgrade failed" message after completing an upgrade to version 4.4.66. You can confirm a successful upgrade by checking the software level on Axiom by touching Home-->Settings and confirming the version reported matches 4.4.66 on the Getting Started tab.
The fix for this issue is included in this update, and will prevent similar false messages from occurring during future updates.
The Spotify app is no longer bundled with LightHouse 4. The latest Spotify app can be downloaded from the LightHouse Apps page. Once you have upgraded to LightHouse 4, you can remove the old version of Spotify from the Chartplotter by pressing and holding down on the App, until the pop-up box appears and then clicking “Uninstall application”. Re-install Spotify by downloading it from our website onto a MicroSD card, and then inserting it into the AXIOM. Within the Apps menu, click on “Install from SD/USB.”eS and gS Series Owners
eS & gS Series Owners - This version of LightHouse is for Axiom models only. LightHouse Cannes 3.11 is the last major LightHouse 3 software release to support legacy eS and gS Series systems.
Mixed systems of Axiom / Axiom Pro / Axiom XL and eS/gS Series displays must remain on LightHouse 3.11.42 or a prior release.
IMPORTANT: Axiom+ displays, Axiom 2 Pro displays and Axiom 2 XL displays cannot be downgraded to v3.11.42 and are not compatible with eS/gS mixed LightHouse 3 systems.

It may be necessary to reset your Axiom after the update if there is an issue. Please make sure you make a backup of any important data before upgrading.
To backup your waypoint/route/tracks data using an Axiom display, please follow the steps outlined here.

Compatible MicroSD cards
The following types of MicroSD cards are compatible with your Axiom display:

Speed class rating - For best performance, it is recommended that you use Class 10 or UHS (Ultra High Speed) class memory cards, or better.
Use branded memory cards - When archiving data it is recommended that you use good quality branded memory cards.
Note: To avoid potentially corrupting the data on your Navionics chart card, DO NOT copy software update files to your Navionics chart card, and DO NOT back up waypoint/route/track data to your Navionics chart card. MicroSD cards are commonly available in most stores selling consumer electronics products. Waypoint, route, track data, and system configuration data can be stored on a microSD memory card which also contains software update files.
For example: if your computer has assigned Removable Disk (E:) to your memory card reader/writer, then the software update files should be copied directly to Removable Disk (E:), not to any folders created on the memory card.
Note: Do not attempt to open .ISO files, the files you have downloaded are for the AXIOM MFD and networked products. If you attempt to open these files you will see an error as they are designed to update your Raymarine products and not for use in a Windows, Apple or Linux PC.

Please note: You will see Raymarine devices that are connected on SeaTalkNG and RayNet only. Sometimes devices may not be listed (i.e. some IP cameras)
